3 month period??

Question

I've been on my period for three months, I have constant headaches, bloating, dizziness, fatigue, nausea and I'm bleeding constantly. The bleeding is constant and heavy. Any suggestions? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow but I just want to know opinions.

This happened to me when I was 13. I think they prescribed me some birth control or other hormonal treatment to regulate by body, and it worked. I was very anemic after so much bleeding, which might explain some of your symptoms.

that happens to me recently. and my mom told me to take Vitex a been in those pills for a month and finally my period stop like 4 days ago... but well see how it goes because my periods are very irregular bcuz I have PCOS
