First day of Femara!!

So we have been ttc #1 for almost 7 years and ended up with a molar pregnancy in 2012 and unsuccessful ever since.  Have done three rounds of Clomid (50mg, 100mg, and 150mg) and was unsuccessful.  I have gone through two different HSG tests and my husband's sperm analysis and everything is good! A good thing but still frustrating considering we don't have an exact answer to our unexplained infertility.  So now my doctor decided we should try Femara.  Has any one taken Femara and if so, how many rounds until you had success?  We are praying and hoping this works!  ❤️🙏
