Allergic to my boyfriend

I'm in a long distance relationship, and whenever he does come to visit, I get a rash. Every. Single. Time. It's normally red spots on my face that sometimes hurt if I try to put make up on it, other than that it doesn't itch or hurt. Last time though it was on my back and my legs. Literally what is happening .-.
