Implantation bleeding or early period ???!

11 dpo period is in 3 days , is this my little bean or is it my AF rearing her ugly face ??? Right before this I had freaking cramps , very light cramps like twinges or tugging , I took a test at 1am two hours ago and it was negative. idk I'm freaking out tho , is it normal to have implantation cramps & bleeding this late ???? Or is this even considered late ???? I'm so confused someone please help .
