I work in healthcare. We have staff 24/7 but the manager tries to give us every other weekend off

I get planning time done on the weekends when I need it. The building closes at 6 PM on Friday and if I've got students that late, I can't get stuff done all the time

I work in Healthcare and my position is to work every weekend. I worked weekends since I was in high school. At a restaurant that's when you get the most money. I guess I've never really known anything else lol.
 My new position (during the week) starts in July but I'll still have to take third shift call every 4th-5th weekend. Not sure I'll know what to do with myself haha.
