11 dpo & spotting , could it be implantation or AF ? period due in three days , cramping really lightly , feels like littles twinges or pinches blood only when I wipe , very light pink . is this too late to be implantation bleeding and as soon as I wiped and saw the pink discharge I noticed my breast started aching. it's not a consistant pain they are aching like your tooth would, I feel faint and dizzy and I got super hungry and so sleepy this was all in one hour,  . I sound so crazy . 😖😖😖 someone help please .
