Not too sure which group sorry. Thinking of trying Pre-Seed after being on the Mirena

Was on the mirena for 6 and a bit years. Got the mirena taken out nearly a year ago. Been using ovulation kits and still no baby. Not to sure how long it does takes to get pregnant after a mirena but was thinking of trying Pre-Seed. Any advise lady's? As we really want our baby and been waiting for while now.
