When is it the best time to have sex, like  how many days after period should you wait? 
If your in a relationship what's the average amount of sex you should be having per month?

Well, if you're using a contraception method correctly , it shouldn't really matter what time of the month you have sex. If you're trying to use your ovulation cycle as a bc method, I think you should do some research into ways to track it. But if you use a condom right, you should be good having sex any time of the month (even on your period! Which, in my experience actually isn't a turn off for most guys).

As for how much sex you should have in a month:..I don't think there's a standard recommendation. If you can get into it I don't see why you should worry about the number of times you have sex.
