Morning sickness at work
I've had a week off work for holiday and tomorrow is my next day back, my morning sickness has been so bad that I struggle to move out of bed without being sick. How can I make it more bareable for a 6:30am start and then a 12 hour shift as a chef?! Any tips would be appreciated
