Pregnancy Carpal tunnel anyone?

Omg ! My hands hurt so bad when I wake up even from a few hours of sleep.  Hurts to open them and close them. I woke up and got a water and almost couldn't open it last night! Any one else have this? Do your hands ever gets numb feeling too? I haven't told Dr I figured I'd wait till next appointment. (35w3d)

You can buy wrist braces at Walgreens, etc. Wear them while you sleep, and as needed during the day. It helps a lot!

Yep, I have had it for a while now and it's terrible.  Doc says it goes away right after baby ~ seriously hoping that's true!!

I am and I feel you. With severe carpal tunnel both hands. Couldn't sleep at night. Everything slipped from your hands. I couldn't even hold a pen. Done physio but didn't help much. So I guess just bear with it..😅😅😅😅

My dr told me to buy wrist splints and wear them all night and as needed during the day.

Omg its the worst! I wake up ever morning to pack my husbands lunch and just trying to use a spoon to spread mayonnaise hurts my hand! He opens up the jars for me.

Yes! Every morning my hands are tingly and sore. I try to stretch my fingers and one is like stuck down for a couple seconds everyday.
