Breastfeeding success with 2nd child

Hi there. I just found out I'm about 5 weeks pregnant. And now of course I'm thinking about everything! I already have a 1 1/2 yr old daughter. When I gave birth to her I had a really hard time breastfeeding. I breastfed for only 2 months because it was just so difficult. It broke my heart and I was so depressed. Looking back there were so many factors involved as to why I couldn't breastfeed. But one thing that was strange was that my breasts didn't change much when I was pregnant. I nipples got slightly  larger and darker but their size didn't change. I just assumed that when I gave birth I would be able to nurse. So now that I'm pregnant again I'm really praying that I can nurse successfully. Have any of you had better success breastfeeding your second baby and did you prep your breasts in any way before you had the baby i.e. Herbal teas, massaging, vitamins...  Thanks so much!
