Sex last night

So hubby & I had some rough sex last night & ever since then I've been crampy & I've been having some fluids leaking ever since then also. It's not a big gush or pop feeling but it trickles every now & then I've been having to change panties. My back is very achy & I keep getting very tight Braxton hicks/contractions & feel like I have the urge to pee all the time now. Feels like my water is gonna break or something maybe. & I feel lots of pressure underneath my belly & around my pelvis area. I haven't noticed any consistent contractions but I do feel some amount of pain. Last week at my appt I was at a 0 & closed but soft which had me really depressed. I go back today for my 39 week check up. I'm 39 +1 so hopefully some good news or some progress. 
UPDATE: I've been having contractions about every 7/8 minutes now that I'm timing them. They're bearable so I'm just waiting for an increase in intensity, water break, or my appt at 1:30.
UPDATE 2: my contractions eventually stopped after 2 hours & a nap. Now I'm up running errands, about to go out to breakfast w/ my 2uo daughter then take her to the park then it should be time for my appt by then. 
UPDATE 3: went to dr dilated to a 2cm. Still having contractions for almost 24hrs now but they aren't increasing. Dr said if I do t go into labor on my own I'm scheduled for induction next weds morning at 7am. He would've set me up for this Friday but my cervix is still high so yeah. I'm just tired of feeling these contractions.
