Mine do that. They also have grown 2 to 3 sizes in the last few weeks. Started on top then moved into the sides.

Your pecks and upper back muscles are connected through your fascia, I go to a massage therapist to get rid of the pain I have in that area of my chest (and back). Worth the money.

Hmm, I haven't experienced that, but probably normal, especially if your boobs are getting bigger. Might be putting strain on the muscles of your chest wall.
