Fit pregnancy and nausea
So I'm really having a tough time I'm almost 9 weeks. 9 on sat. And I've been so sick since 6 weeks. Some days I throw up all day and can't keep much down. Others I'm just so sick all day but can manage. It's wearing me out. I'm not complaining, but I'm usually very fit. I wanted to continue my fitness while pregnant as it had many benefits for baby and i. If I don't work out I'm miserable, and I haven't been able to make it to the gym more than two or three times and one week I only went one time. It's making me even more tired. Does anyone have any tips that would help? ! Well I be able to go more in 2nd trimester ? I hear once the placenta takes over it won't be so bad. Any advice from any fit mom's would really help!
I hate just laying around on my days off but it's all I can really manage. And after a 10 hour day at work I can't get the energy to go work out.
I lost alot of weight too and I'm worried I'll gain way too much<more than is ok for baby>.
