Inducing question ?

Im 39 weeks And 3 days, I'm due April 4th, I have my Dr appt today.

But the 1st of April I get the keys to my new house and landlord is giving us 5 days to move in, again I'm due the 4th and I'm not sure if I'd have my baby before or after.

But I do not want to have her during the move in because I only have these 5 days to move in, do you think if I told my Dr about this, shed induce me? I'd rather not he induced but kinda don't have a choice due to having no help beside me and my boyfriend to move in.
