Hey ladies! So I'm 7 weeks pregnant with twins and this is my first pregnancy.

For the last 3 weeks I have been spotting/bleeding brown and when it first started I went to the ER. It originally started after sex and never stopped. They diagnosed me with threatened miscarriage.

I've had sex twice since then and both times the bleeding got heavier and brighter. It's scary for me to experience this.

I've also been cramping and having dull pains from my uterus. I'm always fatigued and have zero sex drive.

My fiancé says that I'm not really in pain and is getting frustrated that we don't have more sex. It is really making me dislike him. He has been cranky towards me.

Now I'm rethinking being with him.
