Thank you to everyone who has already started their free Glow Premium accounts for 7 days. We look forward to your feedback. Meanwhile our customer support team has been getting the same questions over and over again - so for clairity sake - here they are for everyone to read:

Q. "Agh!! Do we have to pay for Glow Nurture now? I am not paying."

A. Nope. Glow Nurture, with all of its features and current content will remain free. You do not have to pay for a thing. And what's more is that we will KEEP IMPROVING it...just like we have all along. Our aim is to make the Glow Nurture app the single best app for pregnant moms everywhere!

Q. "Why would I buy a year long subscription? My pregnancy only lasts 9 months!!!"

A. Glow Premium will work across ALL our apps very shortly. So once you are done with Glow Nurture, you can move on to Glow Baby and continue your Premium experience there. Once your period restarts, you can experience Glow Premium in Glow or Eve as well!

Q. "Can I try it for free?"

A. Of course you can! Just scroll over to the Discover Tab in the Community and click the "learn more" button. Start your free 7 day trial by tapping either the monthly or yearly option.

Q. "$7.99 - are you kidding us Glow? That’s way too much."

If $7.99/month seems a bit steep to you, consider the $3.99/month yearly rate! It’s basically the price of a latte, and for that amount you get Premium access to all FOUR of our apps, from period tracking in Eve to baby tracking in Glow Baby! Premium is currently only available in Nurture, but it’ll roll out to all four apps very, very soon.

Q. "Can premium users only chat with other premium users?"

A. Nope. A premium user can start a chat with ANY other user (currently on the Nurture app, soon on every platform). The people they are chatting with do not have to be premium.

Q. "What's in these new articles?"

A. Premium users will have access to approximately 200+ new articles about their pregnancy. For example for some of these articles, Glow Nurture worked with Dr. Nicole Avena who is a renowned expert in the fields of neuroscience, nutrition, and obesity research. In these premium articles, Dr. Avena provides solid information about which nutrients, vitamins, and minerals your body needs during each week of your pregnancy and what foods to add to your diet to nourish your body and your growing baby. She also has 50 recipes that are fun, yummy and easy to follow.

Q. "If I don't buy premium support, will my requests to customer support (CS) be ignored?"

A. Absolutely not! Our CS team is bar none. They have a response rate and satisfaction rate that blows away any industry standards. None of that will change.
