Weight gain
Hi ladies,
My dr says I'm ok with my gain so far (27 weeks) but should only gain 1 pound a week from here on out just because my first baby was so big. That sounds hard!! What are you doing to stay active or how are you eating? Can you share healthy recipies? I'm always hungry and eat what I want. I gained 8 in the last 4 weeks 😮 I don't want to start a crazy exercise routine because my body isn't used to that but tips would be appreciated.
