Worried sick

I had a lot of brown blood yesterday and went to the ER. They did an ultra sound and the baby measured at 6wk exact and had a beautiful heart beat of 116. They found some hemorrhaging in my uterus that was old - which is why I have the brown blood. My doctor put me on bed rest because I have a 50/50 chance of having success or losing my peanut. I haven't spotted anymore and am resting. I am terrified. Is it normal for the babies heart beat to only be 116 this early? The doctor said it should be 100-180. I was thinking 116 is pretty steady for a tiny 6wk peanut. This is my second pregnancy and my first one went so well. I am praying my little peanut pushes through and is healthy as can be.
