Depo shot
I need some answers guys! So I started my first ever dosage of depo yesterday. I have read that it makes you gain weight. So my question is will I still gain weight if I maintain a well balanced diet? And if I excersise regularly? I'm afraid to gain the weight I already took off! 😰😦😵
