Is it ok for your blood pressure to be high at 29 weeks pregnant ?

There's no protein in my urine so I guess its fine ? Its never been high before until I went to the doc yesterday with my face extremely flushed and not feeling good ... The doctor acted like he had somewhere to be and rushed me out of the office just saying that he wants to see me back in a few days .

He's probably trying to see if your blood pressure being high is becoming regular or if it was just a one time thing. I know when I was nervous for my appointments my blood pressure would be elevated. I always asked to have it checked again before I left to make sure it came down. Blood pressure elevations are going to be measured based on what your normal blood pressure is.

You can get pregnancy induced hypertension which no is not good, although different from pre-e.
