Changing diaper before or after feed??

My mother and I argue about sometimes over when to change my baby girl.. I sometimes like to change her before her bottle as she pukes up her milk most of the time and get hiccups..  She on the other hand tells me to do it after as full belly and all that  will make her poop Lol what about you??? Before or after?

Before!! If she falls asleep after a feeding I don't have to wake her to change her diaper!!

I typically change my boy before feeding at night and after feeding during the day. This helps keep him awake and sleep at the appropriate times.

I never really thought about it. I just did it as needed. Sometimes that was before and sometimes that was after and sometimes it was neither. I will say at night I do it before because they typically fall asleep while nursing and I'm not risking waking them back up lol.

I change before especially at night. He usually wakes up a bit with a diaper change and after a feeding he is in a food coma and falls asleep.

I say you do what works for you. Frankly, changing a diaper after is counter productive for my baby. A wet wipe to the butt and a cool breeze just puts him in party mode.

After. Every time before or right after she feeds, she poops. If i change her before i feed her, she poops during the feeding. I wait a few minutes after if she doesn't poop before or while eating to see if she'll go.

..my newborn is sleepy and sometimes won't wake for feeds (she is on a feeding schedule to gain weight) and the midwives recommended trying to change her nappy and undress her to try and wake her up enough to feed
