Weird taste on my tongue

I've been having morning sickness for about two weeks now. One day I vomit so much that I felt like my stomach acid came out with the vomit, and i had this burning sensation from my stomach to my chest, throat and tongue. Ever since, my tongue has been feeling a burnt pain, tasting sour, bitter, and a bit metallic. I can't enjoy any food, and the taste wakes me up at night then I would feel incredibly hungry. Anyone feeling the same?
