Measuring bigger..?

I'm 29 weeks and I went to my high risk Dr yesterday, they told baby was already 3lbs and 10oz!! That baby is measuring like I'm 31 weeks.. I was shocked and asked the Dr if it's OK for baby to weigh that much, and he said it was fine. My question is, does that mean I'll have her sooner since she is measuring 31 weeks or? Has anyone else been told this? Thanks!!
