Hair question

During my pregnancy my hair grew pretty long. When I'm at home I always have it up in a pony... if I don't it's gets in the babies gave when he is trying to eat and he gets handfuls of it in his fingers. Anyway when it's up I have all these strands of fine baby hairs all around my head. My neck is horrible. And around my bangs. What can I do to get them out of the way. They won't stay in pins. Hairspray won't hold either. Help please it's super ugly and super annoying.
