Baby has a fever 😔

Okay so I'm having a really hard time trying to take my baby's temperature. He got his six months shots and I think he has a fever. I tried to put the thermometer under his armpit but he doesn't lets me at all. I was just wondering where is a good place to put the thermometer? FTM here
