Stop trying?

Question

So many couples say "We got pregnant as soon as we stopped trying!" Well what does that really mean?

Did you stop using ovulation tests, stop using apps? Did you still have sex as often? Just looking for some insight.

For me I stressed myself put to the point of MC I was constantly worried about when my period should hit and if I was ovulating and ect. I MC at 5 weeks I didn't even know for sure I was pregnant until I went back and looked at one of my HPT and it was a faint positive. My husband and I have stopped the whole weighing and temping thing and just enjoy our intimacy. Those of you in the same sex relationship I would advise to take a month or two to figure out your schedule precisely that way you have a better chance of getting pregnant. Baby dust to all of you.

It's frustrating to hear because it's so hard to actually stop trying. However, my last pregnancy was a slip up. We decided to stop trying for a few months and that same month did the deed once, about a week after I was supposed to be ovulating and I ended up pregnant. Unfortunately it ended in MC. But the point I'm trying to make is that sometimes when you're not trying you throw all the stress, temping, ovulation kits, etc.. Out the window and it just happens on its own. I think it's mostly because we miss the mark when tracking everything. We're human there's so much room for error even with an ovulation predictor.

I stopped tracking everything. I didn't use opks, no bbt, didn't track fertile days, and didn't track symptoms.

Yes i think pretty much just getting obsessed with it happening. Having it in your mind all the time that you have to do this and that have sex this day and all that. And just letting it go to the whole saying when it happens it happens. I truly believe that our mind plays a huge part. Althoughis there are ppl out there that need extra help getting pregnant due to health  problems. :)

For me it was not worrying with anything. We just bd whenever the mood struck us and no temping, no opks, and really not even worrying so much about my period and how close it might be. After I was in that state of mind it only took a couple months.
