Dry itchy face and neck

Hi mums, for the past 2 days my face and neck have been very dry and VERY itchy. I have strange red splotches which look rash like. I didn't use any new product on my skin but maybe I'm suddenly allergic to something I've used before? Anyone else experience this?

I'm 29 weeks and due June 10th
