Weightloss Tips?
So, i've been struggling with my weight for so long. Kept telling myself since grade 9 that i would lose the weight. When it came to grad, i was still big and unhappy to be in a grad dress. Now, first year university is basically done and i wanna lose weight before i had back in Setember. Do you ladies have any tips on doing so? I won't be able to get a gym membership till maybe the summer but i have weights, zumba kit, treadmill and some resistence stuff at home that i do.
Foods to avoid, eat, things to try, different workouts etc. Anything you ladies can give that can help me achieve my goals would be great :)
