I have really bad anxiety when it comes to health and medical things. I'd like to go on birth control to help with cramps (nothing else has helped over the years), I tried to go on an estrogen-progestogen last year and that caused chest pain and leg pain, though the latter could've been my anxiety working it up to be a blood clot which I'm afraid of. I'm being put on a progestrogen-only pill for a few months to see if it was the estrogen that caused the problem but I just read today a new study was found that estrogen-only birth controls have been found to lower the risk of blood clots. Thoughts? Is anyone on p-only?
