All day ive been having one sided cramps, not heavy enough to leave me in so much pain i cant stand it but enough pain that i know its there and i cant walk or sit up right for long periods of time.

I had an ultrasound done on thursday when i went to the hospital for cramping and bleeding where they found a slight tear in my placenta, the doctor said it would heal itself. Also showed that the baby implanted properly

My main question is if i should be going to the hospital again, ive been reading bad things online about one sided cramping but not sure if it is a pregnancy symptoms or not.

I am 8 weeks, almost 9 weeks
