Fertility Window
I use FAM as birth control and we abstain from intercourse during time that I am fertile. Glow's prediction is usually before I start showing signs of fertility. The time between my fertile window and the change in CM is usually 10-15 days. Is it necessary to use caution that entire period or just when I have egg white fluid?
