Depends how big it is. Block black is hard to cover but they might be able to overlay some white to break it up in a cover up. But laser might be best option. Black breaks down really well with laser to get rid or at least lighten before covering.

Is it located on your boob? It looks like it and that is going to be ridiculously hard to cover up. A really good artist can definitely do it, but it's going to be pricey. The main thing you have to realize however is that the cover up is going to be pretty large..... Not sure how you'd feel about practically half a chest piece lol! I wouldn't mind but I know a lot of women would. Laser removal is always an option! Good luck to you.

As long as you are willing to accept it will be hard and listen to your artist as to what is best to cover it will you will be fine, will most likely be something dark as colour isn't an option to cover it up.. Good luck in finding the right artist x
