EKG and Heart Murmur

Have any of you had to deal with your 1 month old having to get an EKG and chest X-ray done? The pediatrician told me that my son has a heart murmur, she said it sounded like the common murmur for newborns, but wanted to send us to a cardiologist to be sure.. We are going tomorrow to get it done and I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and what to expect. I'm super nervous.
