Rainbow baby

I just want to ask you ladies if this is ever happened to you my first pregnancy I was so sick with nausea and couldn't even move I was so tired this pregnancy I feel like I have energy and I'm eating because I'm so hungry I feel like somethings wrong this time because I don't even feel pregnant has anybody else had the similar experience any comments or experience would be greatly appreciated thx Mel
