Tubes tied?

How old do you have to be to get your tubes tied? I never want kids and I want to get it done ASAP so I can stop worrying about birth control.

I'm 22 and just had mine done in April. So it isn't as hard as everyone says.

You have to be like 26 or older. And even then it's very unlikely they will if you haven't had any kids- my mom has four kids and she did have it done but it was still like an ordeal. It's hard to be approved for it.

It will be very hard im in new york state u have to be 25 im not really sure why...but i never heard u have to have at least kids before u can do it

Honestly it is super hard to get your tubes tied. If your younger like under 25 without kids your gonna have to find the right doctor. But I'm pretty sure they make you do a consultation with a person so they can determine whether or not they think its okay.
