When to start buying

Question

I'm due oct 5 and it's so hard to not buy the playpen, stroller, car seat, and pretty much everything as soon as I can. I'm trying to hold back so I can have something to put on a registry! What are some good things to start buying now?

I'm due on the 10th and I have already picked up a car seat, and a few other big items. We managed to get a brand new Britax car seat for under a 100. I wasn't about to pass that opportunity up. Everything else we have picked up has been on major sale. We just started stocking up on diapers since we found a good sale on them.  With it being kiddo #4 I'm all about saving some money where ever I can lol. 
 My registry will include more clothing, diapers, and smaller items (feeding items, blankets ect..)

Well I'm due October 4th lol and I've gone a bit mad myself he has new born to 6 months already lol and I even got 2 boxes of wipes my second pic is a hanger with 5 pack onsie sets Gerber and Carter's socks wash cloths. They didn't come with hangers lol

Well I was taught a general etiquette rule of thumb, that things like car seat, stroller and nursery furniture shouldn't be on your registry. That's things parents should be responsible for. So, id say go buy them! I was soooo surprised on wait times for the furniture and the stroller. I'm glad we ordered when we did.

I'm also due October 5th I have already had my shower with family because I had to travel so we did it early but I just started buying diapers and wipes before the shower and outfits I thought were cute here and there but really trying to stock up on diapers since we will be going to one income after the baby is here

For me and my mom we decided that we was going to buy everything ! Nobody does stuff for us most of the time and instead of being in a panic we decided to get prepared and buy everything crib stiller car seat mattress everything !! You can return it if someone gets it for you too but it will be harder trying to get it last min then now

I have to wait for my shower and i put big items on there but the crib has already been purchased the playpen will soon be purchased and so with my travel system all by family who have committed to getting those things so it helps with the wait but i am dying to just have everything set up already only have 14 weeks left for baby

I'm due October 8th  and I've bought everything already.. I'm just asking for diapers,clothes,baby soaps ect. at my baby shower to keep it cheap for everyone
