9 days late, 2 negative tests

I'm not TTC currently. Boyfriend and I only had sex a few times in March and used protection every time. My period was due March 23rd. I had brown spotting March 21st-22nd and very very light red spotting on the 23rd. Nothing after that.

My periods are usually regular and very heavy for the first 2-3 days with very bad cramping. I had none of that this month. I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms either and have taken two pregnancy tests. I took the first one last Friday and I took the other one on Monday. Both were negative.

Would it be safe to assume I'm not pregnant or should I test again tomorrow?
