Pregnant and bleeding gums?????

I'm 8 weeks and 2 days.  ☺️
For the past few days, the gums around my right-front tooth have been inflamed and extremely sensitive. Every time I brush my teeth, what seems to be a lot of blood comes out!! And right now I can taste blood in my mouth, without having brushed my teeth yet (I'm scared to because it hurts so bad!) 
what should I do?? Has anyone else had this problem?? Maybe I might have gingivitis😟? 
I'm such a nervous wreck about this!!

It's pregnancy gingivitis. It's caused from the hormonal changes. The hormones make our gums more sensitive to bacteria and plaque. I've had it with my first 2 pregnancies and again with this one. Completely normal 😊

I had bleeding gums lol that was one of my symptoms to confirm my pregnancy your fine😊

This has happened to me when I was pregnant with both my boys (but not my girls lol)! Its normal☺ and should get better throughout your pregnancy.
