Flat head syndrome - Help

Has anyone had any experience with a docband or helmet that they can share with me? My daughter was just diagnosed with moderate/severe plagiocephaly at 11 weeks and I was told she is going to need one at 4 months. Pretty guilty ridden and having a major breakdown right now.
