Duplicate Glucose Test?

I took my one hour glucose test this morning and my doctor told me that even if I pass, we are repeating in 4 weeks. Is this because I was overweight going into pregnancy? Did this happen to any of you guys? I'm 5'8" 230 pre pregnancy.

The doctor made me take it twice and I passed both but I was told I may have to take it one more time.

I had to do it at 12wks and again at 28wks. Similar weight as you....I don't know why you'd need to do it 4 weeks later though...is that the only time or every 4 weeks?
