Getting fed up sry long rant

I am 26 weeks pregnant. I am having a lot of issues with my pelvis so if I am up moving around too much I end up in killer pain. I had to stop working my great paying job because of that and I kept having painful contractions and bleeding while at work. I have 2 kids from a previous marriage. This is his first. He gets annoyed when I can't do something because I'm in a lot of pain. Or I am laying down crying because I just threw up so much I busted blood vessels in my eye and ended up with a bad nose bleed. We half the house bills and I had money saved just in case. I'm running very low. I bought everything for our daughter. He hasn't spent a dime. I am currently paying for all of the food. I've told him his portion of bills for March and they haven't been paid.  He doesn't help me with the house and my dog lets me know when she has to go out so it isn't an issue. But his dog pees on everything. The last straw he peed on my nursing bras and my couch. I told him I want our child to be able to be on the floor without worrying about his dog peeing on her or her crawling in dog crap so if he can't figure out the stuff with his dog then it's gotta go. He threw a tantrum. But his mom offered to take the dog so he could still see it. He won't even help me clean up al of the nastiness his dog leaves. And I finally get the house clean then it is destroyed and he will not lift a finger to help. It is getting to the point if he won't help out with anything I'm going to tell him to take his dog and leave.  I can not take it anymore
