Anxiety Help!

I wanted to share with you darlings one of the many things that I've utilized to help me face my anxiety. I have moderate anxiety..sometimes it's crippling socially..but I'm learning to face it..to accept it and myself for what it is and who I am. If I can help someone else by sharing this, my day has been made :) I've taken up painting, and this is my personal representation of how I feel when anxiety has destroyed my ability to tell someone what's wrong.
