Too early to test ????

For the last few days I've had quite uncomfortable cramping in the lower abdomen. Similar to period pains. I usually get them a day or so before but never this early. Ive also got lower back pain and I'm just come over all nauseous. I just feel weird. Maybe I'm coming down with something, maybe not. Tomorrow I will be I'm 10dpo, AF due next week. Is it too early to test ? I only have those cheap one step strips off eBay. Sent hubby out for first response but he couldn't find one :-/
