Pimple like bumps on my inner thigh

Okay so right by my vagina kind where my leg and my vagina meet I get the little bumps and when I squeeze them their usually shooting out white pus...tmi sorry... But now on my inner thigh I have a huge bump and when I squeeze it nothing comes out but it feels like something is popping in there (I guess it's bruised from me squeezing it to hard trying to get it out) ...it's hard to explain but has this happens to anyone? What did you do?
