Cysts?

I have a history of ovarian cysts. I just started trying to conceive for the first time this week (my fertile week) and tonight I'm hurting like I have another cyst. Can this affect my chances of conceiving if it is a cyst? Is it too early to be implantation cramps? Any advice or similar experience???

i have cysts without pcos. if you have regular cycles do opk, log bbt. try to get an idea if you're ovulating and when!

Having polycystic ovarian syndrome can definitely effect your chances or getting pregnant. It can also cause complications if you do get pregnant. I would consult a doctor about treating your PCOS before seriously trying....especially since you actually do get ovarian cysts. I also have PCOS but never developed cysts from it because I started treatment when I was a teenager
