Ttc at 20

A little bit about me- I'm 20 years old and ttc baby #2, hubs is 22 and we're both healthy. I got accidentally pregnant in highschool 2 years ago and have a healthy 1.5 year old son, been trying a month, in touch with my body, know my cycles, take ovulation tests and check cm and cervix position, know all about what day ovulation takes place and what not, how long can I expect it to take before I conceive? How long did it take you?
