Smelling bad?

Sorry for the tmi, but I got my IUD in about a month ago. After two days of spotting it stopped completely. Now, about a week ago I have bleeding that ranges from really heavy to almost nothing at all. I know that part is normal but it smells really bad... I rinse myself off in the shower and do "clean" regularly. I've never had something that smells like this!! Should I be worried?? Thanks
