Am I overreacting or pregnant ? Please please help

I had sex for the first time 3 weeks ago, protected ((pill, condom and he didn't come inside me at all)), I filled up the condom after and no holes as well. I am a very anxious person so I will always freak out. That was in the middle of my pill cycle and last week I had my period ((the pills which you when your period comes)). I take the pill religiously and take it at exactly 9:30 every night and am not on any other drugs atm. It wasn't late and came on the same day as usual and ended last Sunday.  I thought I was all good until 3 days ago I started getting some blood in my undies, like a mix of some blood and discharge. It's happened about 5 times in the last 3 days. I'm scared that this could be a pregnancy sign?? I have no other symptoms and I'm freaking out. I don't know what to do ??? I have been on the pill fem Ed for the last 4 months and this has never happened  Please please help and tell me what it is?, I'm so anxious and am really scared. Thank you!
