TTC after MC and Mirena

I've posted quite a lot on here lately, but I've just done lots of reading on MC after Mirena.... Has anyone else got experience of this? I've now read lots of stories of women who MC after its removed. I'm so scared of TTC if it's going to happen again! Why don't the doctors tell you this?? Any stories where people have had healthy pregnancies after Mirena would be much appreciated
